II Samuel 22:2 Halakhah

וַיֹּאמַ֑ר יְהוָ֛ה סַֽלְעִ֥י וּמְצֻדָתִ֖י וּמְפַלְטִי־לִֽי׃

and he said: The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer;
